Your inquiry
We use your name, email, country or region, proposed travel dates, group size and preferences to review and respond to your request. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details or sensitive personal information. Submitting a form does not create a booking or require payment. Itineraries are suggestions; availability and arrangements must be confirmed separately.
Storage and email
Your inquiry and submission time are stored using Cloudflare D1 and sent through Resend to our QQ inbox. These providers process data to deliver the website and messages, potentially outside your country. We use a keyed hash of your network address for submission limits; the inquiry table does not store the raw address. Cloudflare and other providers may retain their own security and operational logs.
Optional advertising measurement
You can submit without allowing advertising measurement. If you select the optional checkbox, we load the OpenAI Measurement Pixel. After a successful submission, we send a lead_created event and a random inquiry reference for deduplication. Our integration does not manually send your name, email, message or travel details to the Pixel. Automatic advanced matching, if enabled in our advertising account, may detect and hash supported customer information in the browser before including it in conversion events. The Pixel may use first-party attribution cookies including __oppref and __obref. Uncheck the measurement box to withdraw consent for future events. We respect supported Global Privacy Control signals. Withdrawal does not undo events already sent.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records remain in our database and mailbox until removed by the operator. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion; please include your inquiry reference if available. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules. We do not use your inquiry to subscribe you to a newsletter.
